LNS Partnership has a long history, as it was founded in 1969 and we’ve been sharing our knowledge, insight and creativity with homeowners, businesses and property developers ever since. Helen Smith joined the practice in 1989 and was promoted to Associate in 1998, followed by becoming a Partner in 2003. In 2013 the business was converted into a limited company and today Helen is the Sole Director.
As an RIBA Chartered Architect and registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB), Helen has the vast knowledge, wide-ranging experience and innovative capabilities required to upgrade, extend, modernise and convert a range of buildings through meticulous drawings and plans. She is joined by a talented Architectural Technologist who has been with LNS Partnership for the last two decades. Working closely with Helen, Paul Myers ACIAT provides detailed drawings and helps to manage projects from inception to completion. He is now an Associate in the Practice.

Transforming Yorkshire’s property sector

Over the years, the team at LNS Partnership has worked on a multitude of projects that include the design of new build properties, home adaptation for modern living, the conversion of commercial and industrial properties into luxury apartments, and wide-ranging alterations to breathe new life into tired old spaces.

Based in the vibrant K2 Bond Street development in the heart of Hull city centre, we work with homeowners, landlords, commercial and industrial businesses, social care providers and property developers in Hull, Beverley and across East Yorkshire. In recent years we have also started working with clients in North Yorkshire, making LNS Partnership your go-to creative and technical authority for all kinds of property transformation projects.

We can design your dream home

A major focus for LNS Partnership is giving homeowners the option to make their surroundings suit their lifestyle without having to leave their beloved home. For example, with remote working becoming increasingly popular, we can help you to create the perfect home office space or studio. Another popular service is reconfiguring cramped rooms into large open-plan arrangements, which can involve removing walls and remodelling layouts to truly transform the look, feel and flow of a home.

If you’re considering selling your house simply because it no longer fulfils your needs and preferences, get in touch with LNS Partnership first and ask about our home adaptation service.

UPGRADING COMMERCIAL PREMISES

Have you outgrown your commercial premises but don’t want to relocate? We’re here to help you explore your options, as chances are the site can be extended, altered or redeveloped to suit your changing needs. If you’re a business owner or commercial property landlord and want to upgrade your premises, find out more about our versatile commercial services.

SUPPORTING PROPERTY DEVELOPERS AND INVESTORS

Thanks to our exceptional design and project management skills, we also work with property developers who are looking to either convert existing buildings or purchase land for new build properties. By inviting LNS Partnership on board during the speculative stage, we can manage the Planning and Land Registry documentation and assist with searches and statutory utilities, ensuring that everything is covered from day one.
