Feasibility Study - a low cost commitment

Although it’s easy to feel overwhelmed when considering alterations to your house, choosing the right team of people to help you achieve your vision is fundamental to achieving a successful result. During the life of a project, there are many decisions to make – the first major one being whether undertaking a remodelling or extension project is right for you.

Working with you from the first ideas you are considering, we can initially undertake a Feasibility Study for you to explore possible options and present these for you to determine whether you can achieve your home space aspirations by carrying out a remodelling and/or extension project. By helping you to know what’s possible for your home, you will be able to make the right choice for you and your family.

This initial Feasibility Study is a low cost commitment at the outset of your considerations and will provide you with the possible options for achieving your aspirations and vision.

If you then feel that adapting your home is the right way forward for you, we can guide you through the design and construction process. We will work closely with you in every step of the process to ensure that your specific requirements and preferences are incorporated into the project whilst also creating a technically sound dwelling.

If you have Estate Agent / Zoopla / Rightmove drawings (or if it is a long travel distance from our office) we can guide you in showing us your site, land, home or barn virtually. If no information is available, we may need to visit the property or site.

We will give you ideas based on your aspirations and what’s possible

We will investigate any planning policy issues that might get in the way of your project, so you are fully prepared

We can look at build-ability and give you feedback

All discussions can happen on site, virtually or via the good old fashioned telephone!
